We are re-locating and are selling our Animal Faciltiy in Frostproof Florida. It is 4.63 acres in a rural part of Polk OCunty, we have been here for almost 20 years. We do have class 1 Animals at the facility as we partnered with the neighbor who has a FWC licnesed reptile faciltiy to exceed the 5 acre min. If you want Class 1 you may do the same.
The House on the property is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home that we built new when we moved there. The house is in good condition. (see pictures).
The facility is surrounded by 8 ft chainlink fence and has a 30ft X 50ft barn. The barn has the kitchen, the work room, and 6 interior cages that are all connected to outside enclosures.
we currently house 5 Tigers, 2 lions, 3 wolves as well as three groups of lemurs, and 3 macaques.
