- I am looking to buy a marmoset, I have had a monkey before a Rhesus Macaque named Jesse. I had to give him away to a friend when we moved to Missouri, I have checked and yes Marmosets are legal in the state of Missouri, so are Capuchin's. I would love to have a Capuchin, I'm deaf and he or she would be a great help. but I can't afford a service monkey.
